The folkdancegroup "düsseldorfer grashüpper" offer you a great repertory of german folkdances. But in the last years we take up a lot of Swedish, Scottish, Irish and American dances in our program.

When we perform German and Swedisch dances we wear costumes, which imitate the sunday dress from the farmers of the area "Niederbergisches Land" from the 19th century. When we perform Scottish, Irisch and American dances we wear irish costumes designed by ourself.

We meet every thursday from 6:30 to 9:00 p.m. in Düsseldorf.
